MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION AND TERMS

Membership benefits are provided for those active and in good standing during the term of their agreement.

Additional Discounts: Members may purchase an unlimited number of additional services and/or products at 10% off. These discounts apply only to regular price services and products, and excludes other promotions and gift certificate purchases. Additional service discount excludes any add-ons.

Rollover Privileges: Members may rollover any unused services to the following month, for up to 3 months. Oldest services will be used first. Upon termination of your month-to-month membership, accumulated member service packages expire and are non-refundable 30 days after your last payment.

Memberships are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

Memberships may not be purchased with gift certificates.

Membership payments are drafted each month on the date of initial enrollment.

Members must notify Epicure Day Spa of any changes in address, contact information, and/or credit card information.

Epicure Day Spa reserves the right to modify/change spa rules, regulations, services, and prices with reasonable notice.

24-hour advanced notice is required for any appointment cancellation and rescheduling. Failure to provide notice will result in an additional fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. No-show appointments will result in an additional fee equivalent to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.
